People We’d Happily Recommend

A great renovation takes more than a good builder. You need designers, suppliers and specialists who understand quality, budgets and deadlines.

PREFERRED PARTNERS

We only recommend people we’ve worked with directly and would be comfortable putting our own name behind. That means you get access to a network we already know, rather than having to spend months finding the right people yourself.

DESIGN PARTNER

DESIGNERS WE TRUST

Jacinta Princi

Jacinta Princi — Interior / Architectural Designer, Princi Design

Jacinta and I worked together for a couple of years at another company, including on a project of hers that I ran construction on. That means I’ve seen how she handles a site issue or a design change under pressure, not just what her concepts look like on paper. I’d happily send any client of mine to her.

Design and build are the two halves of a renovation that most often don’t talk to each other. Jacinta pushes an idea and I’ll tell her what it takes to build it. That back-and-forth is where the good outcomes come from, and it’s much easier with someone whose thinking I already know.

WHERE YOU’LL CHOOSE YOUR FINISHES

FINISHES

Selections are the part most people find hardest. These are the suppliers we send our clients to. We know their range, we know their lead times, and we know what happens when something’s wrong.

02 / TILES

Elegance Tiles

Tiles. Bring the plan, and take samples home before you commit, because tiles look different under your own light.

03 / STONE

Caruso Marble

Stone benchtops and vanity tops. Worth seeing full slabs in person rather than choosing from a sample chip, because the veining varies and you’re living with it for twenty years.

WHAT GOES INTO YOUR HOME

CABINETRY HARDWARE

Blum cabinetry hardware

You’ll never see it, but you’ll use it twenty times a day for the next twenty years. It’s the difference between drawers that still close properly in a decade and drawers that don’t. The cheap alternative is invisible on handover day and obvious three years later.
